Frank is the Chief Executive Officer of Stark Recruiting Partners.
With the mission to create a people-centric organization, built on problem solving, teamwork, and continuous excellence, Frank co-founded Stark Recruiting Partners. Frank started his career in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance with Morgan Stanley and McKinsey. With the experience of sourcing, consulting and M&A on Recruiting Agency deals, and the help of a few friends, Stark Recruiting Partners opened its doors.

Jennifer Jones
Chief Operating Officer
Jennifer Jones is the Chief Operating Officer of Stark Recruiting Partners.
She brings a process-driven approach to grow based on team motivation, training, and a high standard of excellence. Jennifer has more than 20 years of recruiting experience in both in-house and agency recruiting. She started her career with Berkshire Hathaway before joining Adecco, where she successfully built two business units and opened three branches.

Hudson Chen
Director of Business Development
Hudson is the Director of Business Development at Stark Recruiting Partners.
With a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s in Petroleum Engineering, Hudson worked as an Engineer for DuPont and Schlumberger before making his career change to the Recruiting Industry. Throughout his career, Hudson has placed hundreds of Mid to Senior professionals, in companies ranging from small, privately held organizations, to Fortune 100 companies. His main specialties are Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Data Science/Machine Learning.

Brandon Wilson
Director of Recruiting
Brandon is the Director of Strategy at Stark Recruiting Partners.
By using a combination of market intelligence, data analytics and customer feedback, Brandon spearheads SRP’s effort in growing existing Business Units and exploring new ones. Brandon has a diverse background in Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Copywriting, and Business Consulting. His main specialties are IT, Pharmaceuticals and Data Science.
