Hudson is cut from a different cloth, in a good way. Few recruiters I have ever dealt with have strong technical skills. Now it's true those are not necessarily needed, as recruiting is a sales job, first and foremost. Having said that, his grasp of technical issues and associated personalities of people like me who are technical, means that he knows how engineers approach work and life in general. I appreciate his many hours of advice even when I didn't always agree with him. He is a tireless worker who tries to get the best for his client, even if he is limited by what the company has to offer. Keep working hard for the clients (engineers) who are looking.
